Images: When you upload a photo for authentication, we process the image in real-time using AI analysis. We do not store uploaded images. Images are processed in memory and discarded immediately after generating your authentication report.

Usage Data: We track basic, anonymised usage metrics such as the number of authentications performed, product categories used, and page views. This data does not identify individual users.

Local Storage: Your tier selection and monthly usage count are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Contact Information: If you contact us via our contact form or email, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our authentication service
• Respond to your enquiries and support requests
• Analyse usage patterns to improve the Service (anonymised data only)

Our Service uses third-party AI models for image analysis. Images sent for analysis are processed under the third-party's data processing terms and are not retained. We use Vercel for hosting, which may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps).
