Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The free plan requires no sign-up or payment information. Just visit the site and start authenticating.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Do unused checks carry over?

No. Monthly check allowances reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Unused checks do not accumulate.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
